Excellent and honest service. I was rolling the dice taking my car to a service outfit I never used before, but I had two separate problems (both my heating system and AC system) fixed by them with no expensive surprises. Josh was very good to deal with. Only quibble is the courtesy cars leave something to be desired.

GREAT QUICK SERVICE!!! I was stuck in the middle of the busiest intersection behind a light and my car shut down with no hazard signal!!! I received a lot of angry faces. But I called Benjamin Auto Towing right away and they came all the way from Coquitlam to maple ridge! Right on time and as fast as they could. The best service in town!!! call them if your stuck in a hurdle!!!

This was my third and fourth time in having Bill fix my 2000 Cavalier. He came to my house and replaced my fuel pump and then later in the week, I needed to have a brake line replaced and Bill came to my place on Sunday to fix it. Yes, he works seven days a week!

Great experience with Josh and the whole team at eagle ridge gm. Everything was easy, everyone was friendly and the service was great. While searching for a new truck I looked around at a few different dealerships and instead of listening to me and getting me into the vehicle I was looking for, they all tried to pressure me into something extremely expensive. It was totally different with Josh at eagle ridge. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and I will be back for sure.

Well that was easy! We got more than we asked for at the price we wanted and the process was transparent and pleasant. We were working with Shawn and Shamal and they were lovely. Shawn went and grabbed another vehicle from another lot as he had a hunch that was the one for us - and turns out he was right! It was refreshing to deal with sales people who were upfront and honest, especially after seeing a fair bit of the opposite at other dealerships beforehand. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Soni is an honest mechanic and does amazing work! I am coming to him for all of my auto repairs, oil changes and everything from now on! I fixed 6 spark plugs, 3 coils and a valve cover gasket. I can say that he does not try to rip you off or scam you. He is honest and does amazing work! I would STRONGLY recommend him to everyone. Having recently moved to the area and need of a new 4 wheel drive Yukon, I was pleasantly surprised that the folks at Eagle Ridge GMC were able to fix me up with a Yukon XL for a little bit less than what I had expected to pay for the the Yukon.
The sales staff was both thorough and friendly.
