Since starting hypnosis, I’ve noticed that I am more focused in my day to day activities. I am mindful of my eating choices. I’ve cut out coffee, sodas & snacks. I am already down a clothing size after 6 weeks. At a recent conference, instead of my usual anxieties & negative self judgements, I was able to just focus on being interested in others. Excellent place and people. My son and I have gone there since my old dentist retired 10 or more years ago. Dr. Li is always gentle, kind and explains everything he is doing. He is very knowledgeable and is always concerned about your comfort level. The Staff and the wife of Dr. Li are always helpful and compassionate. My elderly parents go there too and are always treated with great care. You will not find better care anywhere.
