Very accomidating services, been with this storage fscility for a few years now. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HOW CLEAN AND DRY THERE UNITS ARE, The owners are kind, and most friendly as well as supper patient and understanding. I would recommend there storage to anyone that would need and place to keep there items dry safe and sucure at all times.I would not go anywhere else ever! We blew a tire in Kamloops, our lock lug nut key was stripped and we couldn���t get anyone to come help us replace our spare. Phil went above and beyond to help us out. When he didn���t have the part needed to take the locked lug nut off he knew someone who did. He made sure our spare tire was full of air and called around at the end of the day to make sure we could get our tire replaced before continuing on our vacation. He made a crappy situation better. We are so grateful for all his help!
