Needed new tires to begin with, ended up getting a flat. Brought my car here and got a good deal on 4 new tires and an oil change. Service was excellent and they were very personable and friendly. I work pretty much the same hours as they are open and I was worried about how to drop off/pick up my car without missing too much time at work and they worked out a solution with me that helped me out immensely. Highly recommend!

After filling up with gas, my car would not start at the pumps at the Husky station adjacent to the Fort Horseless Carriage garage, around 6 in the evening. I was attempting to get on a ferry back to Victoria, but that plan had to be abandoned, along with my car at the garage. The attendant, David, allowed me to push the car in front of the bay doors for the night. I returned at 8 the next morning where I met Gavin, one of the mechanics at Fort Horseless Carriage. I am an avid float tank participant and have been to many companies/locations across greater vancouver. What sets "Float Sense" apart is the friendly/helpful staff, how clean and nicely spaced the rooms are, the fully enclosed shower, cleanliness of the rooms and facility itself. The tanks they have are the ones I prefer due to the spaciousness, perfection of water temperature and there are no plumbing like pipes to accidentally kick like other places I have gone to, the tank itself is very clean, neat and comforting while in use. A great offer of *$30 for a 90 minute* is unbeatable, others charge more or similar but less time in the sensory deprivation tank.
My experiences in the tank are always incredible, pure relaxation, heals my muscle and joint pains, it even healed up reactions of the skin and I also slightly hallucinated a few times, array of colours and absolute bliss, you feel rejuvenated, inspired, clear minded and when you exit and enter the real world, heavenly like sense of being.
As of now, "Float Sense" will be my fairly new location for serenity, I highly recommend everyone to try out the tank and "Sense" is definitely(in my opinion) the best spot to do so.
Sensory deprivation is great for physical and mental health, equivalent to the best massage you ever had, the staff is awesome and actually care about you're experience and do not push you for membership, packages with bombardment

A clean and very calm atmosphere. Knowledgable staff. I love how they have the info written beside the stones and crystals they sell. I had a foot therapy and it was simply delightful.
I will return for the meditation class and to try another one of their unique therapies.

As a Fido cellular phone ambassador, Ravi, one of the store's sales representatives, was very helpful, enthusiastic and thorough in his review in helping me renew my contract and upgrade to an IPhone 5s. He showed diligence and care in dealing with Fido reps on the phone as my representative, to ensure all my pre-negotiated inclusions were in my new contract prior to leaving the store.. I would highly recommend people to go see Ravi when considering a new Fido phone and/or contract.
Note: While I was in store however waiting for Ravi to finish helping me however, I observed that his fellow sales associate did not once acknowledge customers entering the store! He just sat there staring at his computer. I would encourage the owners of this franchise to consider Mystery shoppers to ensure all customers equally receive the same level of customer service from this store.

We took both of our daughters (3.5 and 1) to get their eyes checked with Dr. Clement Chan, and he did very well to make the eye exam quick and fun for them. My elder daughter had told him about her favourite Disney princess, and Clement prepared a special video of that princess for her to watch during one part of her eye exam. We appreciated Clement's thoroughness and friendliness, and will definitely be back.
As a bonus, his office is newly renovated and right besides Menchie's.

Omg, never received this great of service from a repair shop. Not only did the manager, Nav Goyal, arrange for a suitable rental to match my car, he even stayed long after business hours to make sure I could pick up my car when it was ready. I highly recommend this place for getting your car fixed.
