I went to Western Pride for the first time this morning. I had hoped to get my inside of my car detailed, but realized when I got there that I needed to book an appointment. Looking humorously not dressed to clean a car with a blouse and dress pants, I figure that I would just clean the car. The person there helped me to get the rinse nozzle and shampoo onto the right hose. He even offered to give me gloves given how inappropriately dressed I looked. That guy deserves a raise. So impressed!

I built a home back in 2003 and these guys were contracted through the builder to do the siding. In 2014 I call them up because a piece of siding has cracked and I don't know how to source the product I need to do the repair. Within hours I get a call, here's how to find the colour code, some suppliers that may stock it, he even offers that if I have trouble he will come take a look and will get me what I need from one of his current suppliers. THAT'S cutomer service. Thank you.

I used this facility for its massage clinic. The therapists use very modern methods that are unlike anything I've ever experienced before. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. The therapists are experienced and get results quick. The only downside is that they're not open on weekends.
