We were on our way through Winnipeg to Vancouver in our 1988 Westfalia and ran into overheating issues. The garage were able to see the vehicle, find and fix the issue quickly and with minimal cost. The people were very friendly and helpful.

My hairdresser is fantastic obviously and I’ve never had a problem. I get hair colour, cut and styles. Also had wedding hair done and many many pedicures over the years. We needed some help with fixing a problem last summer and where we bought it from was no help at all. The staff at North West had the parts and gave us all the information we needed to get the problem solved. They even took apart a showroom unit to show us some things to help us understand. We felt like we were the only customer they had ...... but the store was very busy. Great group!
