Its a great shop, very customer focused and really works with the clients when making decisions on what to do next, they might be 5 percent higher in costs, but the work is done right the first time, so its worth the drive to Carlisle. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We saw a vehicle on kijiji that was at Concord auto. Had driven by many times over the years but never gone there. We were treated as if we were valued, repeat customers. Took the van for a road test, and made a deal suitable to both of us. The vehicle was safetied and at our door within 24 hours. Would we go back? Without hesitation. TOTAL SATISFACTION! My wife and I were in the market for a smaller second car to replace her 2004 Vibe and we started our search on the net, reviewing, pricing and searching the market. We gathered a few brochures, including a couple from the Milton Kia dealership. This is when we met Juan Carlos and his manager Victor and our first impressions were very positive. These gentlemen were respectful, attentive and genuinely helpful. No pressure, just a smile and a desire to be helpful. In the end, we purchased a Kia Soul at a very good price. I had done my homework and JC and Victor met my price without hesitation. I was impressed, not only with their approach, but with the car I purchased, the 5 year warranty, the 5 year road assistance plan, the free oil changes from Milton Kia for 5 years, the 0% financing and no payments for three months. Additionally, Juan Carlos presented us with a TomTom GPS, a gift from Milton Kia. The whole experience was stress free, unlike some of my earlier purchases. Thanks again JC, Victor and Jean. I look forward to an equally positive relationship with the service staff over the next few years.
