I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete.
The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early.
The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby.
I highly recommend this Craftsman Collision location to anyone looking to get their car repair. I will definitely send my friend and family there should they need work done.

Neil and the other's are honest, very caring and compassionate. Attention to detail like none other, the best service you’ll ever get on your power equipment whether it’s fuel or electric powered. He was on time or a day or two early, every time. Don’s quotes are literally 2/5-1/2 price of his competitors in Greater Victoria. I’ve asked Don many times, did you make an error on my bill?

I only thought Don repaired lawnmowers, was I ever wrong, he repairs everything that has a motor that you use in and around your yard!

Europe Lock & Key saved our bacon! I was using our only key for our Mercedes for a pry, and snapped it in half! No backup key!! He was able to recreate a key from two twisted halves! The financial nightmare of re-keying a MB avoided! He was skeptical that it would work...... but it did! A fantastic resolution to a potentially expensive lesson of always having a copy of an important key. A .50 cent screwdriver makes a much better pry, all McGyver aspirations aside!
