I contacted DeMark for a furnace quote and from the very beginning their sales representative was extremely helpful and straightforward. From calling them initially on Friday morning, they managed to book our installation the very next day on Saturday morning. We told them we had no heat in our home due to our old furnace break down and they did all they could to book us in ASAP. Their technicians were punctual, professional and clean. This team truly went above and beyond. Thank you!!

I made a reservation but had to change to Richmond Hill location due to time. Was dropped off at Hwy 7/Leslie. It was 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. Provided my reservation information to Rodney. No record of reservation and that location did not provide unlimited mileage to the US. My phone was almost dead. I needed a car as we were leaving that night. Amazingly, Rodney made a call and arranged for another company to pick me up from there and he even waited after 6pm. Thank you Rodney.

I highly recommend this place for your furniture and appliance needs . Lori and her staff are very friendly, helpful and understanding to.your needs. I first rented an item when I was a single mom on my own and they were very helpful. And many years later still a customer and recommend to friends and family. We were stranded when a small independant motel on Hwy 11 did not work out. Called at 6pm and they had 2 rooms ready for us within 15 minutes. The best value in the area. Well trained staff performed flawlessly. Considering we were 3 cold and wet hunters that had been in the bush for 12 hours we were treated like kings!
