I heard negative things about here so I was a bit tentative to pay them a visit I was happy to see the great customer service I received, they found the exact part I was looking for at a fair price.

I found the total experience incredible. There had to be about 15 to 18 guys working there and not one standing around doing nothing. Considering it was towards the end of the day the place was very clean with tools all in their place. I really enjoyed watching the show. And yet one of many things stood out, it seemed to me that safety definitely came first in everything they did. They were not only very friendly to the customer but to each other.

What an excellent clinic. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming and Dr. Randall Warnock was amazing at gaining the trust of my 2 dachshunds. I appreciate the primary focus was on my dogs. Thanks again for a job well done!

We called on Friday to make an appointment for the next day, Saturday. However, Saturday . started out very badly. The person who made the appointment didn't know there was limited service on Saturdays and the work we needed may not be possible. This was made worse by the fact we travelled by ferry to get here. All is well that ends well, however. Alex somehow got the repairs done for us. He turned an unhappy customer into a happy one and we will come back....maybe not on a Saturday. Thank you

The other day I went with my friend Scott to have a bite to eat at Subway and draw some maps. When we got there we were greeted with very friendly staff who helped us choose our lunch and sold me a subway card. I was fortunate to have bought a softdrink with my meal that opened many new worlds to me with Microsoft Xbox and I earned one hundred points that I am expecting in the next three weeks and six days. There is a contest going on and the code that was on my cup for one of the Microsoft Xbox games was a winner. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and enjoyed my Doritos Chips and healthy combo of Tuna Sandwitch with veggies and Ranch Sauce and melted cheese. Unfortunately the tracing paper we got was used to wrap the sandwitches as there were no plates to serve the meal on and the tracing paper had subway printed on it. I tried to find tracing paper in Staples down the street, but ended up investing in some Crayola crafts and other art and mathematical supplies. Overall I had a splendid time and managed to discuss many pressing issues with my friend. Because I bought a Subway card I was fortunate to get a free sandwtich that Scott enjoyed eating as well.

I use this store and the one in Langford as my go-to home repair and maintenance store. I actually dont always know exactly what Im looking for but most of the staff can figure out what would be helpful in my situation. Its not a drive through, get in get out in ten minutes - kinda store, but I dont know a hardware store that is. I refuse to use the automated checkouts though. Maybe thats why less staff. Bring back more staff. Great place!

I use this store on a regular bases. The people in the Pharmacy are amazing. If it wasn't for Trevor the pharmacist, my husband would be taking the wrong tablets prescribed by the hospital. The rest of Shoppers staff are always ready to help you and are friendly. I also love their prices.

I bring my SUV for tire swap twice a year and store my unused tires with them. I like to stay in the lounge while the work is done because the level of customer service these folks provide is a joy to listen to. They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and won’t try to sell you on something you don’t need. I’m always greeted with a smile, and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Margo gave me a beautiful cut without taking away the length. Its still down to my waist, just as I requested. Her technique was able to enhance the spiralling of the curls without sacrificing volume. Ill definitely be back. While I was quite attached to the stylists who had been cutting my hair in LA for many years, I am pleased tosay that Margo is just as good as some of the top curly hair specialists in Southern CA, if not better. I highly recommend her for anyone who has curly hair.

We had excellent care for a major surgery. The doctor was very thorough and explained the details.
As others noted, it can be expensive.
However, this is an emergency facility, and does not have the subsidies that human health care does.
If you need regular pet care, go to a standard vet, but anything beyond that costs money.
Thats the reality of pet health care, and ownership. And why it is generally recommended to purchase pet insurance or save for these emergency situations.
