The doctor and optician at this clinic are fantastic. My wife and I came in to get prescription glasses and sunglasses. The optician was able to make my existing high end sunglasses prescription and they are amazing. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff knew the product they sold. The staff at Pilot Sound Shoppers Drug mart are quite exceptional, in particular Annette, who has put a lot of time into getting some of my more problematic prescriptions successfully filled. Not once but 4 times now. Can not say enough good things about her.

I called Cliffs Towing after my car broke down. Before the tow truck arrived, I found out that I could restart the car. However, I decided to wait for the tow truck in case the car broke down again. When the tow truck arrived, I explained the situation and the truck driver, Naveed, said that he would follow behind me as I drove my car to the garage. After I got to the garage, Naveed talked to his dispatcher and they decided that since they did not touch my vehicle, there would be no charge!

Have had 2 sets of dentures made at this clinic and a couple of repairs
done. The staff have been really good and Michael has done a great job making dentures that fit my
