Best Dental office ever! I highly recommend, me and my family and some friends all go here and all agree this dental office is extremely professional,polite and educate you on every step of your treatment plan. They also make sure to keep my treatments within my insurance coverage so Iv personally never had to pay out of pocket for needed treatment, except when I had Zoom whitening which was well worth every penny. Cant wait for my next appointment :)

Pre-covid wait rooms were very long, even with an appointment you still have to wait an hour. Now, with telephone calls (might have to wait a day or so after booking), she's prompt, asks a lot questions to make sure you're getting the proper treatment, and refers you to the right specialist.

Honestly great dental work, I've never had an issue and my issues have always been resolved very well.
However, as other reviews have mentioned I would appreciate if Doctor Johnston treated her staff with more respect. They work quite hard and I feel very awkward when they are chastised in front of me after what I thought was stellar work on my cleaning and X-rays.

Dr. Koustsoukos is really an amazing doctor. He is extremely patient and caring. I had the benefit of seeing him for many years and he supported me through a great deal of issues over the years and always in a compassionate manner. Dr. Garber has been amazing and she takes our concerns seriously with our little guy. Shes attentive and makes sure we get the referrals and support we need. Due to a leave of absence, we are seeing another doctor in the practice and the wait times are unfortunately very long with him. They do make arrangements for same-day appointments when a child is very sick and needs to be seen and wait times are long but that is to be expected for a work-in.

Saw Dr. Yi Jin almost half a year ago and all I can say is that she is simply a phenomenal and wonderful dentist. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and so amazing at what she does. Dr Jin was gentle and yet extremely effective at her work. She explained step by step what will be happening during my appointment to make sure I would be at ease during the whole procedure. Im very happy to have found such a rare gem as Dr Jin.
I highly recommend her to all!

Dr Li has been my Family doctor since I came to Canada many years ago. i can honestly say that the building is a little run-down but the clinic is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly by nature but others find them a little abrupt or rude but probably because that's normal tone. Anyways it doesn't bother me. Overall, I recommend Dr Li as a good Family doctor.
