The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.

I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

Extremely Happy with my visits to OK Tire. They were able to fix an ongoing issue that another shop couldn’t. Amazing, Trustworthy Service. Christian gave me the part that was “fixed” by the other shop. Now my car is running better than it was before. Thank you Christian!

I love speedy auto works and the guys there, the Owner is great he was very honest i went with my estimate from the dealer because he had advertised he would beat it by 10%. my estimate was $1430.I thought he would do it but after checking my car it only cost me $320 and still running smooth. I will never go to a different mechanic. thank you speedy

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. We trust the degree of knowledge, the expertise, wouldn't go anywhere else ... bonus ... prices are very fair! Thank you Water Street Auto

This is the first place I take my car for everything. Great, prompt, friendly service, always priced fairly. Last time I was there, they could have easily charged $300 for a new part I needed, but instead went out of their way to get one from the dealer using the recently expired warranty. Final bill - under $100 for everything
