We tried this spot for our Anniversary. We were lucky and ended up getting a spot st the bar without reservations. We had booked at another restaurant but due to the power outage they were closed. Anyways, happy mistake finding Patois. The food was AMAZING and the service and cocktails were pretty fantastic too!!! We ordered a lot of food, I just wanted to try it all. My fav was the crispy pork belly, jerk chicken, and dirty rice. I can’t wait come back again to try more off the menu.

His attention to detail is impeccable, understanding what your goals are and working hard to find the best solution for you is exactly what he is all about. he is always there to help guide you through things, answer questions and help. Needed to replace a toilet and George
was very friendly, professional and got the job done very quickly. He also explained every step, took the old toilet and left everything clean. I would definitely call New Canadian again in the future!
