My parents went to Forest Glade Fireplaces and we have purchased 3 fireplaces in 2 different homes from them. Always excellent service. The guys that installed our last fireplace did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned the fireplace they installed 12 years ago. I cannot say enough about the people at Safe Guard, Windsor! We moved to the area in March and part of our agreement was to have monitoring through Safe Guard, I was skeptical.
