My laptop needed a new hard drive. It was installed the same day, and the technician transferred my files to the new hard drive. In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the Refurbished laptop. My garage cable was disconnected and I called this company, I spoke with a guy named Chad, the same day he sent his installers. I changed my my mind and I would rather replace the door and he patiently dealt with me even though I’m all over the place,.
