It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. Some were probably good but I know too much and gave them a good fight. Some the timing was off or their goals didn't work with mine. I've been blessed with two who GOT me, got it. Meets most of our needs. Great during Covid. Alcohol, local farmer market and all your repair fix it up needs. Dont have it they order for you.
