A few months ago Smart Home Creations installed our home theater equipment. After a phone call Jason came to our home to do their on-site evaluation. He was very easy to talk too and did a thorough evaluation. When he was finished we knew exactly what we needed. Jason let us know they could also provide all the equipment we needed, and I was blown away by his knowledge. They finished ahead of schedule and really took the time to explain how to use the new equipment. We are “tech” challenged and even weeks later we needed a reminder that they were more than happy to give. Great experience I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market.

It's always nice to hear that there's nothing wrong with your car, even better is when that news is delivered by friendly, knowledgeable staff, at very reasonable prices. I wish I lived here so I could make Britech my garage!

10/10 recommend! The receptionist/dispatcher who took my call was polite and answered all my questions. She was able to get a tow truck within 20 minutes of calling.
The driver was friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. He does his job well and helped get me out of a stressful situation. If I ever need a tow truck again (I hope I won’t), I will 100% call Ken’s Towing!
