Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.

The Best Alfa Romeo Shop I ever experience. I have Five Alfa Romeo since 1975 (69'GTV.74'GTV.77'GTV hatchback.79'Spider & 84'Spider) Had my service by a few Alfa shops before (Carman & Frank, but they moved on no longer service Alfa !).Five years ago, I found "Fine Auto Repair" via Alfa Club users recommendations...Wow, the owner George (factory trained Alfa guy) not only has skill, knowledge & experience but also honestly. Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.

The best part is that despite his vast experience and large clientele, he always takes time to check what is needed, unlike other places where you are charged extra for services that are not needed. I recently started using them (last year) and the only thing you need to know is that they are a repair not a replace shop.
Both Paul and Joe are amazing and I do expect to have long-lasting relationship between my cars and them.
Even if they are very busy (and that's because they do a great job so they are in demand) they have been able to service my 3 cars with absolutely no problem.
Honest and real is what I need and that's what they provide!

On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.
