Orleans Physiotherapy is an efficient, professional, clinic that has demonstrated exceptional knowledge in addressing my intensive issue. I went in with excessive pain in my shoulder and Clint works wonders to reduce the intense pain and inflammation I am experiencing. The pharmacy went above & beyond for me just recently. There was a mix up for the delivery of my meds and they weren’t delivered. Spoke with the pharmacist as I was concerned as it was two fays going on three I hadn’t taken one prescription. I had no way of getting to the store beyond taking an expensive Uber. I don’t drive and I’m disabled. A very kind employee named Thelma offered her help. The pharmacist called and let me know. I am so very pleased and thankful!

After my appointment, where Beth was very professional and kind, she proceeded to take my situation even further by contacting the ENT in Halifax (not part of her job.) had me an appointment in Halifax the next business day and because of her actions, part of my hearing was restored.
