I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

Simon was recommended to me by my brother who has used Simon numerous times before for a wide variety of work. I don't know a lot about cars and was hoping I wouldn't end up doing work that didn't need to be done. Simon was honest and thorough with his assessment of my car and completed the work that needed to be done quickly and at a fair price. Scott was our DJ and MC at our wedding Sept 1 2018. Scott did alot of help for all entertainment at the wedding. He has great ideas and all my guest loved the dice game!! He did such a good job. Scott rolled with all the punches and was able to help us problem solve. He read the crowd very well and changed the music when he felt like it was needed.
