Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. The outcome my son received was one that Randy explained from the start and we were more than happy with it. I was very impressed with the staff, as they take their time looking after your wants and needs. There was no rush to finish up and pay. The staff's knowledge about different subjects is fantastic, and they seem to know if you would like to chat, or just stay quiet and relax. Loved the ambience. Nice and relaxing.

Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle.
