On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.

I only expected the shop to fix what the insurance asked them to fix but when I got the car back I know they did more than what my insurance asked for. The did not try to use mechanical terms and made my time being there easier and thanks for the fine result.

We love Swiss Chalet, especially this location and have been going for years, it's the closest to homemade, it's fast service and the prices are great! The staff at this location are amazing people and always quick to serve you and get you what you want. I can't say enough about this location, it's all good in every way. Always greeted with a smile. We will continue going to this Swiss Chalet because I haven't found one like it, even though they are all from the same chain, they are still different. Keep up the great work.....

not sure why there are negative comments about this company but personally had a great experience. everyone will say negative things. Who cares if they suggest there own shop and rental company its there job haha I'm sure if you guys owned a company you would do the same. and as for over charging or making up fees who cares that's why you have insurance!! the price you pay for insurance rates I would hope they would pay when the tables have turned. regardless they were professional and kind!!

The drs and nurses could not have been better. Friend had an angiogram and angioplasty that went well. There was a complication later but everyone, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful, explained what they were doing and why. This summer my son was biking on the street. As he wanted to impress everyone he let go of the handlebar. He lost control and scratched the entire side of a new pick up truck. Getting estimates car star was less than half the cost to repair compared to the dealer. The vehicle looked brand-new plus had full warranty on the job for the end of the lease Inspection.
