I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

I have always received fantastic service from this clinic. I have nothing but good things to say about them. And today was no exception. We had our special needs, senior dog put to sleep tonight and the service was just so good I felt like I needed to share my experience. Every aspect of the appointment was exceptional. Paul did an excellent job servicing my 2 garage doors. Balanced and lubricated the doors, replaced rollers. It's like I have brand new doors again.
