We are always quick to report poor customer service however I would like to report the wonderful customer service I always receive in the Smith Falls location. Daryl, who served me to-day and the young lady working with him (01/25/19 - 11:40 AM) are the most helpful employees I have had the pleasure of dealing with, each and every visit! I highly recommend them and as an added benefit, their dispensing fee is low so you don’t have to pay when you have full coverage, unlike other competitors. Plus they are much more personable compared to other pharmacies.
