We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our family at Michaels On The Thames on Oct/5/19, we had a most enjoyable dining experience, the private dining room was a nice touch for our celebration.Joelle made us feel very welcomed and provided a service that was very much appreciated.Todd our server was super with making sure all of the guest were looked after. Special note to say the signage outside on the marquis, the 50th Anniversary cake with gold candles, was a nice touch.Thank you

My colleague and I visited London for a conference (Apr 11-14, 2011) and we were told by another colleague (who lived in London for a year) that this sushi place is great. We arrived and was taken aback by the all-you-can-eat-price of 25.99 plus tax per person. Back in suburban Toronto, the prices would range from 18.99-23.99 and you would only find 25.99 all you can eat prices at expensive downtown Toronto restaurants. The menu was disappointing because although the menu list looked large, it really was just one column of things to pick from. (The right side column was just the English translation.) By the second round of order, we found ourselves looking at the menu and saying "Well we already had spicy salmon rolls but I guess we'll order that again..." There really was a lack of variety for the price we paid. As well, there was no unlimited shrimp tempura, soup, or salad - these were just a one time order per table. There was no ice cream for dessert either. In terms of the food, there was the good and the bad. The miso soup was delicious! The tempura was ok. The sushi salmon/tuna rolls were pretty good. There was a weird roll - asparagus roll, in which it was a single small piece of asparagus within the roll. It almost looked like a green pea roll! The sweet potato roll was not good - the sweet potato was undercooked. Overall, the rolls weren't tightly wrapped and sometimes fell apart as you picked it up. Another complaint was the sushi - there was too much rice that it was almost a ball of rice underneath the fish rather than the usual flat rectangular piece of rice. The service was pretty good. The server was attentive and nice. The restaurant is a family business and we showed up late in the night. It was endearing to watch that the family sit together at the end of the night to eat their dinner after a hard day at work.

We had the best dining experience at lunch today. We spent the last two days in the hospital so we were in need of a good lunch. Stacey was phenomenal!!! It was pretty busy but she looked after us like were only patrons. She was very efficient and friendly. You can tell she enjoys her job as I watched smiling and laughing with everyone she was waiting on. She suggested the new cauliflower wings and they were to die for. We will definitely be coming back next week.

Such a good place to have breakfast/lunch! I went here for lunch during my lunch period in school and they were very considerate on our time limit, they rushed our order and it was amazing food and not at a bad price either! I highly recommend! The waiters and waitresses are great and the food is excellent

I come to Ben's usually to catch up with my family since we all love it there. I don't deviate much from my standard lemongrass chicken + pork dish since I love it so much, even if it is pretty straight forward. I could live off the crispy wontons ommm nom. The smoothies are delicious as well. Service is consistently friendly, have to admit I always had a little bit of a crush on one of the servers there hahah :)

My wife and I were just driving by one day, we stopped by for some lunch for our first time. we were impressed. it was out first time going there and we deffinetly are hooked now. I love the service, I love the food, and the prices are great. Some things on the menu may be 50 cents more than other places ( ex. Barakat ) but it is deffinetly worth EVERY PENNY!

I have had the Chef's Hat Catering company cater many of my events as well as been at functions that they have catered. The food is excellent - it's fresh and plenty of it. In fact, there has always been more food than we can eat. The staff are very professional and helpful when you don't know what to order. They help with quantities for groups. The last event I was at, everyone there complimented the Chef's Hat and plan to use them for their functions. I personally have gone there for lunch and have found the staff to be friendly and you can't beat the lunch specials. Excellent price for the amount of food you get. Keep up the good work!

A friend recommended this place to me and Ive been there a few times since. The service was friendly and everyone enjoyed their meals. I enjoyed their wines but I thought were just a bit pricey but that wouldn't stop me from going back.

I really liked this place because the food tasted different than the normal restaurant (kelsey's, jack astors etc.) The mushrooms were SO YUMMY! I got the grilled veggetable burger and it was good but I would get the veggie burger next time. My bf got it and I had a bite and it was super yummy! He got fries with his and those were really good too! I love crispy Big cut fries!

My husband and I dined at La Casa on Saturday night. We started with Mussels for appetizer - delicious...I wanted to drink the sauce it was so good. We also shared a Ceasar Salad. The dressing was very nice, perhaps a bit too much garlic (a little too overwhelming). Still tasty though.
I ordered lobster pasta, all I can say is DELICIOUS! So tasty. I brought some home and was looking forward to eating it again the next day for lunch. My husband ordered beef tenderloin. Again, delicious! Tender, perfectly cooked and tasty. The waiter was very professional and friendly. We had a great time and a fantastic meal. No wonder La Casa is still one of the best restaurant's in London. It's so nice to go out for dinner and receive a great meal. The meals are not pretentious or overpriced (unlike other London restaurants in the downtown area). The food is simply delicious. Thank you for a great night out!

My husband and I snuck in before a Knight's game and were able to get a table right away even though it was packed. The singing mushrooms were incredible and I'd go back just for them. The service was great. Our waiter was very pleasant to talk to and he was quick bringing our order out.

We were in the mood for something different, a place with a patio and music but not a place where you weren't able to move or order anything without waiting in line. We made a good choice in going to Fitzrays. We all tried something different and everyone was happy with their food (apparently the veggie burger is outstanding, i am a meatalohic though so i'll take her word for that one). The staff was very attentive and got everything right, and made sure we always had a full beverage. There was some guy playing guitar - Graham something - who was very good and not too loud. We may end up going here every Friday in the summer.

I love this place! Whenever I am near the market and I am in the mood for a quick lunch I go here. You pick your container of lettuce and then pile on whatever veggies/cheese/protein you like. (The deal is 3 veggies/1 cheese/1 protein). And add sunflower seeds or croutons and dressing of your choice. I love it cuz I can customize the salad to what I want and not a set combination. My usual is romaine w/broccoli, celery, carrot, avocado, feta, and chicken with oil and vinegar dressing.
The veggies are always fresh and the people working there are always friendly. They also give a packet of melba toasts with each salad.
