Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. The outcome my son received was one that Randy explained from the start and we were more than happy with it. My 92 year old father was given great service from the Edmonton store for a faulty model he purchased at a different store. They did not hesitate to help him even though he bought the model at another Great Hobbies. Excellent service!

I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

Had our bay window broken close to closing time , this company went above and beyond for us they were out to our house within half an hour of our call knowing that it is going to get cold out and it's going to take a few days for the window to be made they came to our house put a board up to make sure our window was secure until the new one could be installed . Very happy with this company we would recommend them

Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I was delighted to have my vehicle checked over so thoroughly as the service repairs were completed with great regard to detail. I was advised to the time required and they kept their word. Nice job!
