I am very pleased with the professional approach at the Kent St. Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy. Staff are pleasant and attentive and go out of their way to fill prescriptions promptly and accurately.
What's more, there is no extraneous charge if you have a provincial drug card and seniors save $2.00 on each of their prescriptions. And delivery is free.

I can't say enough of how wonderful it is to shop here. I have been shopping here since its inception, and all the staff, I mean all the staff are a wonderful team of individuals who are always eager to help and go the extra mile. This is one if not the best place in Ottawa to shop. Starting from the Beauty Boutique, the Manager, her assistant and everyone else is top notch, experienced and knowledgeable. The best team in the City as far as I am concerned.

What a wonderful drug store! All your employees Are very nice and Helpful! I just had to order some drugs for my sister and the Pharmacy assistant Sheila, was so great! I only have to wait a very short time before going over to pick up the medications. Wonderful, Wonderful! Bravo!

If you’ve ever heard the statement quality shows itself; it originated with these folks in our opinion. Courteous, responsive and patiently answered all of your questions. Our roof turned out to be quite the undertaking, requiring them to remove multiple roofing systems that had been overlaid on top of each other. They meticulously fixed a few issues with the roof decking and installed durable shingles + a metal drip edge. They kept the job site immaculate. Highly recommend!

They contacted my ODSP with quotes for additional costs of non-prescriptions and have arranged all of my regular medications to being transfered to them without me leaving my home. They accidently put the wrong tires on my truck, but only noticed when it was time to pay. They ended up charging me what they quoted me in the first place. Saved me $75 from what it should have costed, got a little better tire and left a happy customer. Recommended. I will be a return customer in the future. ;)
