I am so very relieved that I took the time to visit SafeWorld before I purchased my home safe. The staff member took the time to find out my needs ,answered all my questions and truly educated me on the merits of a "rated" safe vs unrated. We did visit additional shops in Edm and found the best service/knowledge level /pricing was at SafeWorld. Highly recommend them!

Hadn't had any work beyond basic for almost 100K and my SUV had rolled over to 200K. Was scared to take my SUV in, as it would be a mechanic's dream and they could recommend $$$. Matthew was great and honest and gave me a full breakdown. Got out of there for minimum $ but with recommendations and time frames for later. He seems to have clients that he cares for over time than one time customer fixes. Can't say it for most but I fully trust and recommend Matt. Sent family there the next week.

Well, I had an unfortunate experience that I needed to call a towing company to pick up my specialty vehicle with a flatbed truck to take it to another awesome company in Leduc to do a quick service to my vehicle. I called Vintage Towing and they were able to get me on my way in a very timely manner with an awesome operator, Charles, who took care of of my needs and my ride, and got me dropped off at the Fountain Tire in Leduc. I came in there with 3 prescriptions & he noticed instantly it was a bad combination for me & dangerous.He called my doctor & explained to him that it was dangerous.My doctor continually thanked him & a very bad tragedy was avoided.So no they just don't sit around counting. One of the best businesses in the Edmonton area. Excellent staff and the owner is more the accommodating. The kennel itself is located in a very safe, offset tree'd in area on the outskirts of Edmonton. My dog comes home to me exercised, properly fed and smiling. Well worth the drive even if you and your pet are not close by.
