Not sure why Tannis would say they don't understand English. I have been going to select since 2014 and always go to Sherri for my cut and colour, fluent English and excellent hairdresser. They do speak Farsi between themselves but suggesting they don't understand English is a bit of a stretch. I do not need to look at the back to make sure he did a good job. I have always had compliments about my haircuts.
