I get that dealerships tend to be busy but 2 weeks wait just to get a oil check on my civic is ridiculous especially when my oil life 15% but yea if it was fir Steph working some magic I was done with service from them dovsafe to say she managed to get me in the same day n get the job done

While I like the quality and reliability of the vehicles it’s the people in the Service Department that have kept me there for all these years. Alex the Service Mgr and Nathan the Service Advisor ate simply the best! I always get prompt, personalized service and advice I can trust and rely upon to be in my best interest. I went in to get a quote to have brakes installed on all wheels!. Their quote was lower than 2 other quotes from their competitors. They told me they could do the repairs the same day in 2 hours. I was in at 8am and out by 10 am!! Great service!! Friendly personal service from John, Blair and the mechanic who did the work on the brakes. I would highly recommend this Midas shop to anyone needing service on their vehicle. ?
