I had an appointment that was a week away for an oil change and to have my tires switched to snows. My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. I highly highly recommend. We have gone to Johns for a few years now and would never look back. My husband and I are more than pleased. We are never overcharged and always get incredible service. Lakeshore just replaced a broken tailgate handle and locking mechanism on my 2008 Toyota Rav4. They did an excellent job. The new handle and locking mechanism is better than the old parts and the tailgate works better than it did when I picked up my new Rav4 16 years ago.
