Had a leaky tire this morning. My first call was to Kal Tire, and they told me to drop off the vehicle for the day and come back in the late afternoon. This wasnt an option for me. Then called OK Tire and had a most pleasant fellow tell me to come on down and theyll get it fixed up right away. They sure did! 10 mins in and out and super friendly, helpful service. The service from Mr Coverall was excellent from beginning to end. They were the best quote we got after getting 3. They set up a time to come within a few days. They followed up several time to check if everything was confirmed and also after the awning was put in. The 2 men who came to put up the awning were fast efficient and very friendly.
