Troy said we would spend most of our time in the sunroom, and we have, even though it has been raining much of the time since it was completed! The design with red cedar is great, the materials are top-quality, and the crew who did the installation were excellent, punctual and tactful. They added some details and fixes that were not in the original quote. We are very pleased with the result.

Have always liked this clinic but find it very annoying when it says the hours to call in on Sat. are 8 to 1 yet nobody answers the phone. And the message says they answer the phone on Fridays from 8 to 3. I work night shift...do i sats up all morning to find out they will never answer on Sat.? This is frustrating.

I phoned in a bit of a panic - audio on computer really scratchy - I thought Id need new one. They were very kind and helpful on the phone, took my computer in with intention to get new one and have all data transferred. Jeff first tried blowing air in speakers, then Chris pulled up Neil Diamond audio for us to assess - it was great. No need for new one - so thankful, especially during this very odd time. Fabulous service.

incredible company small but extremely well run. Had major issues with my builder as they kept changing closing dates causing us all kinds of difficulty. Fosters was amazing looking after all the last minute screw ups caused by the builder. They had been very understanding and would be on top of all our date changes without any hassle. The move itself with pickup storage and moving in was clean professional and 1st class. I will use Fosters again if and when we have future moves.

My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

West shore transmission built me a bad transmission and would not fix the problem. I took it to Carl and Jason at sooke centre auto they found broken,damaged and used parts in my trans. They went over and above to get it done with a 3 week booked schedule. Got it done in 3 days and it is an awesome trans. Thanks for the service.

Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store. We’ve used Laser Star Monitoring for about 5 years without a problem. Scott did the installation and follow up and I found him to be an affable and trustworthy individual. Our system works great and when ever I had any questions he responded right away. I was surprised to read the critical reviews above but as my son who is managing partner of 4 of the top restaurants in Victoria says that satisfied customers seldom write positive reviews, it just does not occur to them.

Dean showed up the next morning after I called him about my bricks falling off the roof from my recording studio ( I was afraid the mailman , paperboy and girl scout cookie salesgirl would get hit. I had to run out gave him the green light right away and when I came home the chimney was temporarily secured ( phew ) within the next day it had been completely rebuilt , mostly using what was there with some new improvements, which was good because I did have water damage before. Very Happy!!
