We’ve used Laser Star Monitoring for about 5 years without a problem. Scott did the installation and follow up and I found him to be an affable and trustworthy individual. Our system works great and when ever I had any questions he responded right away. I was surprised to read the critical reviews above but as my son who is managing partner of 4 of the top restaurants in Victoria says that satisfied customers seldom write positive reviews, it just does not occur to them.

Dean showed up the next morning after I called him about my bricks falling off the roof from my recording studio ( I was afraid the mailman , paperboy and girl scout cookie salesgirl would get hit. I had to run out gave him the green light right away and when I came home the chimney was temporarily secured ( phew ) within the next day it had been completely rebuilt , mostly using what was there with some new improvements, which was good because I did have water damage before. Very Happy!!

We were on vacation in Victoria when our service engine light came on. Since it is a Mini Cooper we needed a mechanic who knows how to work on European cars. Overall my family is satisfied with the doctor and the staff. We are fortunate to have a family doctor. The virtual wait times are not an inconvenience for us as we multi task while waiting. The times we had in person visits, the wait time was minimal. If specialist referrals are required, we have been able to get medical attention.

My GP Dr. Marshall spent the time to review my concerns and had me undergo many lab tests in order to rule out possible issues. One of the last revealed a problem that necessitated an MRI which confirmed my ailment.
From the first appointment to surgery took less than three months.
The receptionist have always been professional and have treated me with respect. One saw me walking past the office to let me know of they had rushed a special appointment for me. She also had reassuring words for me.
