I had to unexpectedly put my 21 year old cat down last week….I showed up at the clinic bright and early, heart broken and without an appointment, to see if they could take care of this for me. The people I met at the clinic were simply amazing. They made sure I was taking care of during this difficult time and they took care of my cat with the most delicate and respectful way.
I would definitely recommend the clinic for all animal lovers – the staff was truly outstanding.

I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful!

A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. I will be using Budget Brake in Coquitlam for the service needs of all my vehicles. Well done John.

Dr. Maru is excellent! My first visit he automatically took the time to go over my x-rays and dental history with me. I came back to have some scarring left over from my wisdom teeth removed, I was in and out in 15 minutes, AND he called the next day to check up on me - not a receptionist, him. The level of care provided at Surrey Place Dental Group at Central City Shopping Mall is excellent! I am a very happy patient. I highly recommend for everyone here, especially Dr. Maru.

Thanks for removing a sticky car dealership decal off our newly purchased 2022 pick up truck. You stated there was no charge for the heat gun application that took mere seconds to remove the item, and to show mutual deserved respect, I came back with one dozen donuts. Dr. Thindle and her team make this a fantastic clinic. I started seeing her during my pregnancy when my back pain flared up. She was extremely knowledgeable about dealing with pregnant patients and was able to significantly resolve my back pain. I am continuing to see her (post-pregnancy) as part of a wellness management plan. I have also utilized the RMT services at this clinic and have had another positive experience. I’ve always had a really good experience. I’ve usually never had a problem with msg. This time I ordered from the menu because I was watching a show I couldn’t stop watching, it came late, it wasn’t hot like it usually is, and I got sick in the middle of the night. My bad I forgot to say no onion and no msg, that’s why it got four stars.
