Idk what the other review is talking about but this shop doesn’t deserve a 1 star on yelp. They have the most knowledgeable front desk guy I’ve ever encountered. They they are a fast (often same day as drop off) efficient (don’t charge you for stuff you don’t need when they easily could) and communicative shop. They also have the Zeus computer readers which are much better then the readers other shops are using in Abbotsford.

Good, honest mechanic, very fast. A rare commodity - a lot of shops try to get you to buy a whack of crap you dont need. Mo doesnt do that.

Honest, fair, knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful and a man of integrity. Rick knows his stuff and will treat you well. He wont sell you anything you dont need. I took a used vehicle here for a pre-purchase inspection. I can only say good things about the service we received. Kadeem was very thorough and gave us an extremely detailed run down of the vehicle, as well as his honest opinion about it. He spoke with us on a personal level, offered advice, and was overall immeasurably helpful in helping us reaching a decision (we bought the car). Any future tune ups or work we require, we will be sure to use Authentic Auto Service without hesitation. Top guy.
