A week or so I submitted a review of Zoom Auto Services that was totally out of order! This business is outstanding as I have been using their services for a number of years and had no problem. I believe that lack of communication between Tony and myself caused this issue! Therefore I urge potential clients to use their services knowing that they will get exceptional value for their money!

once again Richard saves the day! Had my Tiguan in for oil change and check engine light FLASHING !!!! Scary! FIXED ! And through all this nasty cold snap (longest since 1998-and not done yet) she has amazed me just by starting! I know this place almost 25 years and never had any problem with them. This is family business. I can tell that Ron, Rob and Ryan are the best mechanics in the city. They are nice, experienced and very honest people. I trust them on 100% because they always do their job perfectly well, on time and for the very reasonable price. Also, when I decided to replace my vehicle they gave me very good advice what vehicle to purchase and what to avoid. I recommend everyone to do the business with B and R.

I have utilized this firm for my tire needs since 2007 for both my business vehicle and personal vehicle(s). Service has been prompt and efficient. In other words "top notch". During busy times (tire changeover) the place is a zoo but if you schedule a day or two in advance you have no problems. You are always smart to get an appointment ahead of time rather than simply taking it in when it is convenient (to you) Use some common sense and understand that a lot of people work downtown.
