I had my 2011 Dodge Ram in to get repaired. I had an amazing experience with the office staff and the mechanics. They fixed my truck better then it was before, on time, informative, and worked well with the insurance company. Would I recommend this shop for other customers? Yes I would. I won't take my vehicles any where else now.

I bought a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted a loaded one with big wheels. My salesman, Veer, found a Jeep at another dealership. We went through the specifications together and he told me it had 20 inch wheels. I ordered the car and it arrived 2 days later. When I drove it home, I checked and the wheels were only 18 inches. Veer said that the package could come with either 20 or 18, and that was all he could do.
I AM NOT HAPPY.

I rarely need hydraulic parts/service but whenever I do, the service guys at Control Flow have never failed me. My grandson drove to town recently for an extremely old odd-ball hydraulic unit off a tractor. They couldn't find an identical replacement as it no longer exists, but with trial and error the guys machined us exactly what we needed after multiple places had turned us away.

I booked an Inspection with Alberta Chimney Sweep and the Inspector walked me through the whole process, I had alot of questions and he took the time to explain them in a way I would understand. There was some repairs needed,and he showed me what needed repair. Also he made me drawings so if I wanted I could get someone else to do the repairs or do them myself. This company was very professional in helped me through email and over the phone to make sure my repairs were done correctly, as I did the repairs myself. They didn't charge me a cent for helping me. Needless to say I am very happy with there service.

Very well educated. I came in there with 3 prescriptions & he noticed instantly it was a bad combination for me & dangerous.He called my doctor & explained to him that it was dangerous.My doctor continually thanked him & a very bad tragedy was avoided.So no they just don't sit around counting. Well, I had an unfortunate experience that I needed to call a towing company to pick up my specialty vehicle with a flatbed truck to take it to another awesome company in Leduc to do a quick service to my vehicle. I called Vintage Towing and they were able to get me on my way in a very timely manner with an awesome operator, Charles, who took care of of my needs and my ride, and got me dropped off at the Fountain Tire in Leduc.
