Excellent Service!!! Our Dental office had an issue of security when the back door lock would not work. Within a few minutes of calling Better Cut Keys for help they were at our office to offer help. Very politely he explained what happened to the lock and why. In less than 2 minutes he was able to fix the lock. He walked off leaving no bill and stating don't worry about it. WOW!! What a guy!!! The fastest I've ever had keys cut, and friendly service to boot. Ron is a very kind man and even made my second set of keys in a different colour because it was hard to tell them apart. Now I don't need to have a sticker on one key, it's just obvious! Super friendly and we'll priced, I'd recommend to anyone and will be going back for all future key cuts. Also he takes covid precautions very seriously, which I appreciate.

Sunny went his way to track down the keys before change the tumblers on Friday PM, He was scheduled for Monday but offered to worked on Saturday.
The job was trickier than usual due to the old locks. It took him more than 3 hours to change 9 locks and the bill was very reasonable. He charged quoted regular rate.
I recommend this locksmith and will use them again in the future.
