My company party has been at Hotel Arts for the last couple of years. The hotel is beautiful. The food is delicious, no complaints.

I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

End of the Roll was able to provide me with a very positive experience. It went very smoothly and their carpet installer, BEN, was extremely professional, showed up when he said he would, was friendly and personable, and very easy to work with. He did an amazing job; the carpet and underlay came in at budget; we will be asking for BEN in the future as he did a fabulous job and even hauled away our old carpet and underlay! Thank you Ben, and End of the Roll, much appreciated

This Starbucks is very quick service and staffed mostly with students. My guess is most attend MRU closeby. The location is very convenient like most Starbucks, and the coffee is always right. One time when they did make a mistake, I went back and was reimbursed for my purchase. Delicious and quick.
