The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution. I went to Kal Tire after getting a flat tire and being unable to remove one of the bolts on the tire. Kal Tire was able to service the vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time and the cost was VERY affordable! Extremely great customer service, everyone was really nice and friendly. They also offer a great follow up service to make sure that the tire change went well and the vehicle is in driving condition. Jackie Brown was great. She was quick, answered all of our questions, and offered advice about how we could save money now and in the future. She was very informative on the phone when we called before we went in. She was very friendly and offered to help us with contacting ICBC to see why our insurance payments were higher than the last year that we insured our motor cycle. Boyd really helped me out when my landlord backed into my sports car. A simple fender repair and paint match was $1750, but 100% covered by ICBC. Boyd made my car look brand new like nothing even happened, and then on top of that even took an old car badge off that I wanted off and did some small detail work.
