Love the selection, quality products, expert advice, sales, and all round friendly and dedicated service. Classes and rentals were good too. I would say it is one of the highlights at Granville Island.

If you have never been to the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (my friends call it short: Cooking School), well you have to try it. The restaurant is located just at the entrance to Granville Island.
I went there recently and ordered the following:
Appetizer: Red Beet / Gravad Lox ($9)
Main Course: Lamb Saltimbocca ($19)
Wine:
Hester Creek Okanagan Valley, BC Glass ($8)
This meal was a culinary delight. Pricing is very reasonable in comparison to the big names here in town.

I found this company through a groupon / online coupon for a furnace servicing. They were easy to schedule, came on time, serviced my furnace and were not pushy about upselling to other services. I had 'Ali' and he was polite, knowledgeable and very nice. It's great to get a deal with a Groupon, but it's better when you don't feel like they are treating you like less of a customer. I'll be replacing a furnace soon and will definitely give them a call again!

My wife and I are very "detail oriented" we are not jewellers but felt like most stores treated us like morons. We loved the energy and the passion that Rosemary brought to our transaction. We had bought and brought stones and gold as well as design ideas. RoseMary welcomed everything and ran with it.
