We were very surprised about how easy Baljit and his team made this process for us. He came to our house twice to get to know us and what we were looking for and a second time to take measurements and make suggestions. We visited him once to see his amazing showroom and to choose accessories, finishes/colors and countertop. He is very accommodating and helpful and great to deal with. His team / installers are fast, friendly and clean! Great Employees! Such a great experience!

Very happy with the final product
After receiving various estimates from other companies for a built-in fireplace, we decided to go with Premiere. Williams understood exactly what we were looking for while offering solutions to problems we were concerned about. Once the design was finalized, they came to install over 3 days and did an outstanding job. They were efficient, friendly, and helpful, even accommodating a last-minute modification on the job site! Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

Exceptional Customer Service. The driver arrived on time this morning. We were not ready. He was very patient and understanding. We under estimate the amount of concrete needed. But because the concrete is mixed fresh on site we were able to get the required amount to complete the job, saving us extra cost for a second order to finish the job. I would definitely use this company again. Highly recommended!
