Great customer service. Thank you! When the waitress set down my Long Island Iced Tea, I picked it up & instantly the bottom of the glass broke away dumping the whole 'tall' glass of ice etc all over the table, splashing onto our faces, clothes & the seat. The waitresses were very appologetic, promptly cleaned up the mess-even offered to give me a shirt to wear! Also, my fresh drink, meal, PLUS the two other meals at the table were on the house! I have had dinner at this restaurant for 33 years, the previous owners were wonderful as are the owners now. The food is exceptional and the menu continues to be what I have enjoyed over the years. There is no Korean restaurant that I have experienced that compares to Bul Go Gi, and I sincerely hope they stay in business for a long time. 1st time to Chop for a girls night out! We had the best time ever and the food was fabulous! We went with a few family members. We ordered a variety of dishes and shared evereything. The food was wonderful and the drinks were great too. I would highly reccomend this place for anyone looking for somewhere nice to go. We found it to be fairly busy though so make sure to book reservations so you don't have to wait. My sister really enjoyed the steak (MR) and said that it was the best she's had, because a lot of places never cook it they right way. Lasagna was very very good. We all tried some after my friend raved about it. We tried to figure out what was in the meat sauce, but the server said it was a family secret. TRY THE BAKED PASTA, it is AWESOME! Nice n' cheesy! I try to avoid large chain restaurants, but places like Chili's makes it hard sometimes. Their food is generally good. I've had several different dishes: Portobello Mushroom over Grilled Chicken, the Sirloin Steak, the Veggie Burger, and the Cajun Shrimp Appetizer. All very good. Their steak option is really good (I would choose it over the Keg because the mashed potato and vegetable sides are better). Take the 3 shrimp appetizer.. they have a special cajun spice mixed with a tangy lime taste that makes for a real great start. As for the veggie burger, it is hard to tell that it's not a real burger. Their margaritas are good too. Sometimes you can make them a double for cheap. One of the times it took quite a long time to get our food and the place was empty. I think the waitress had forgotten us or something and she seemed irritated that we asked her what the deal was.
