Every staff member we were in contact with was professional and warm. The service was excellent and the facilities were spotless and attractive. The prices are what should be expected and wait times are nice and short. We use Finch all the time and will continue to do so. We highly recommend Finch to everyone who reads this review. Highly recommend for the cheerful responsiveness when we had a flat tire on our way back to Michigan. We had a rental car and a tight schedule. It was a Saturday morning. The took us right on, replaced the tire, and even submitted preliminary documentation nor the rental company. They turned an unpleasant situation into stood one.

I was in a pinch, and needed my vehicle back on the road quickly. The guys at Pro-North took my appointment on short notice, and got me back on the road in no time.
They keep a spotless shop and waiting area. All staff that I met were friendly and professional. You will not feel intimidated at all.
The cost of my repair was less than half of what I expected. The only way I can thank them is to keep giving them my business.
