Shout out to Chris! He went above and beyond last night to help me out. Even tho its not part of his job he went outside in the pouring rain to remove my headlight assembly and install the headlight I bought. I could never have managed to do this myself and am very grateful he did this to make the rest of my drive safe. And when I drove the the snow on the Coqihalla I really needed that headlight!!! Kudous and a huge thankyou to Chris!!!!

I took my car over to Langley Auto Detailing for the 1st time. I have to say I was blown away by the great quality detailing & service done on my car. We have a 5-1/2 year old home and for the last 2-1/2 years we’ve had one small piece of siding under a 2nd storey window that keeps blowing off. I found out last Christmas that the people who put up and take down our Christmas lights were setting the piece back in place. Then it would come down again the next time the wind blew.
I contacted Jordy at Chartwell, and within a couple of weeks, the piece was permanently back in place, and at “no charge”.

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!
