Great builder! As a realtor I pay attention when the Wiens' homes are for sale in the resale market as I know there won't be to come up in the home inspection. It's difficult for builders to earn such a good reputation when they have to juggle the pricing changes in the market and still try to be fair to customers who would have backed out of a sale if the market went down yet don't want to pay slightly higher prices when the market goes up lol.

Brad and the boys were a pleasure to work with. They were always on time, kept to their schedule, professional and clean. They were even great with the kids when they were asking questions. When I wasn’t sure what I wanted Brad was very honest with options not pushing the higher price but something that worked for my needs. Mr Lesyk came to troubleshoot an electrical problem and found it quickly, replaced a GFI. His price was reasonable, a very nice man! Will certainly call him next time I need an electrician.
