After seeing Raintek replacing our neighbors perimeter drains, we decided to call them in for an inspection. The 2 technicians were polite and very thorough. They showed us on the special camera that our drains were in excellent condition and explained how everything worked. Thanks again guys:)

My wife and I were looking to purchase a new treadmill. We found Paul to be extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He listened to our needs and recommended a unit that we feel was the best choice. He came to our home, did the installation and gave us a great tutorial on what the treadmill had to offer. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.
