We purchased the Neptune Adriatic spa from Dynasty at the Red Deer Home Show in March 2019, installed in October 2019 and 12 months later has continued to be a problem free and enjoyable year round hot tub! Manufacturer improvements have made this a solid performing tub and have enjoyed its many features from the powerful jets, LED lighting, Bluetooth Sound System and easy to maintain features. Above all, staff at the Red Deer location are very pleasant and provide great feedback and advice!!

I recently bought a Yamaha P2500 S power amplifier from Axe Music, an amp that unfortunatlty had factory defects making it unacceptable for me... But Brad Pettigrew then took charge of the problem - a long two weeks process during wich we had to communicate on a regular basis by email - and he never let me down, managing it to have my amp replaced by Yamaha Canada ( the unit being picked up here at home, shipped to the company and the replacement one being delivered within a reasonable delay ).

If you want a spanky office and cute receptionist, go elsewhere, but these guys are the real deal: still do restorations, while the bulk of their work is insurance. Never had a problem with the work done or had to take anything back.

This Starbucks is very quick service and staffed mostly with students. My guess is most attend MRU closeby. The location is very convenient like most Starbucks, and the coffee is always right. One time when they did make a mistake, I went back and was reimbursed for my purchase. Delicious and quick.

That alone made my day since we were rushing for something urgent. I was ready to pay the cost Id be hearing and in FEW MINUTES, I got called. It was fixed and ready. My MacBook Pro for a few months, it was getting slower and slower and not connecting properly. I brought it in to the shop, they looked at it for three minutes and made a diagnosis, walked me through what to do in two minutes, I went home and did it and I was all set! They could have easily told me to leave it there for a few hours and I would’ve been none the wiser and would have paid to get it fixed, but that didn’t even occur to them. Amazing service and super good dudes!
